Il Certificato di Conformit\u00e0 \u00e8 un documento obbligatorio per l&#8217;immatricolazione in Italia di un veicolo proveniente da uno dei Paesi UE.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cos&#8217;\u00e8 il certificato di conformit\u00e0 per moto?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il <\/span><b>certificato di conformit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e8 un documento rilasciato dal marchio del costruttore, che attesta che il veicolo al momento dell\u2019uscita dalla fabbrica \u00e8 conforme alle norme e direttive europee (CE) di omologazione, e quindi conforme per essere immatricolato e per poter circolare liberamente nei territori europei. Il <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eurococ.eu\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>certificato di conformit\u00e0<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e8 richiesto quando il veicolo deve essere immatricolato presso una delle sedi della Motorizzazione Civile italiana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All\u2019interno di un <\/span><b>COC per moto<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sono indicati numerosi dati tecnici relativi al veicolo stesso, come il numero di omologazione, l\u2019identificazione del modello e del suo costruttore. Sono, inoltre, indicati i dati relativi all\u2019emissione di agenti inquinanti che vengono utilizzati sul territorio italiano per il calcolo della tassa da corrispondere su ciascun veicolo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perch\u00e9 un COC per moto \u00e8 importante?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un <\/span><b>Certificato di Conformit\u00e0 per una motocicletta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e8 un documento ufficiale necessario per poter richiedere e ottenere l\u2019immatricolazione di un veicolo importato da un paese estero presso una Motorizzazione Civile in Italia. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se non si \u00e8 provvisti di questo certificato, non si dovrebbe avere la possibile di richiedere e ricevere la Carta di Circolazione valida per poter circolare all\u2019interno del territorio italiano.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quali documenti sono necessari per richiedere un certificato di conformit\u00e0 per una motocicletta?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per poter richiedere un <\/span><b>COC per un motoveicolo <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">dovrai essere in possesso:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">del numero di telaio del veicolo o codice VIN;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">di un documento d\u2019identit\u00e0 in corso di validit\u00e0.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il <\/span><b>numero di telaio di una motocicletta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e8 solitamente indicato su una targhetta argentata attaccata al veicolo. A seconda dei modelli, questa targhetta \u00e8 posizionata in punti diversi della carrozzeria.
